The prices quoted are net prices for participation on both<\/i> days of the event.<\/strong> The event is VAT-free in accordance with 4 No. 22 b UStG.<\/strong><\/span>
It is of course also possible to attend just one<\/i> day of the event; this costs half the price. Students, pensioners who are not self-employed and people who receive transfer benefits (citizens’ allowance, basic income support or benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act) can book a discounted ticket<\/strong>. For cancellations of BAUM events received by us up to 14 days before the start of the event, we charge a cancellation fee of 35 euros per ticket. Cancellations received later than 14 days before the start of the event will be charged 50% of the participation fee as a cancellation fee. For cancellations received by us later than 7 days before the start of the event or in the event of non-attendance on the day of the event, the full participation fee must be paid.<\/span> We are happy to accept a substitute.<\/span> We ask you to name a substitute up to 7 days before the event.<\/span> We reserve the right to cancel your ticket in the event of an incorrect booking (e.g. incorrect ticket category or promotional code).<\/span><\/p>\n

After the BAUM Conference and Awards Ceremony 2026, we will work with a partner to record and evaluate the event’s carbon footprint. Our aim is to continuously avoid and reduce the greenhouse gas emissions associated with our events. <\/p>\n

For emissions that are currently unavoidable, we work with selected partners to support certified climate protection projects and help to achieve global climate protection targets.<\/p>\n

Experience has shown that the majority of emissions at events are caused by guests’ travel. At past BAUM conferences and award ceremonies, mobility and accommodation were responsible for more than 50% of the carbon footprint. Raising awareness for the most environmentally friendly travel is therefore an important concern for us. For the most accurate calculation possible, we ask you to indicate how you will be traveling when you register. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. <\/p>\n
