TNFD CONSULTATION GROUP GERMANY
Forum Nachhaltige Geldanlagen e.V. (FNG) and BAUM e.V. are the convenors of the German TNFD Consultation Group. Around 120 interested parties from business, finance, trade and science took part in the kick-off event at the Federal Ministry for the Environment on 4 December 2024.
A series of events – both open and closed door – will be held to facilitate dialogue between key stakeholders from the nature and business landscape, forming the basis for the German TNFD Consultation Group.

From January 2025, a working group will be working specifically on closing the information gap between investors and industry.

TheTaskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) is a global initiative that supports market participants in managing nature-related risks and improving reporting in line with international standards.
The German TNFD Consultation Group is jointly organised by FNG and BAUM without public funding. Both organisations are happy to welcome new members who make this activity possible with their financial contribution.
