Bookings are made via the Digital BAUM.
First you need to register there – it’s quick and easy.
The prices quoted are net prices for participation on both days of the event. The event is VAT-free in accordance with 4 No. 22 b UStG.
It is of course also possible to attend just one day of the event; this costs half the price. Students, pensioners who are not self-employed and people who receive transfer benefits (citizens’ allowance, basic income support or benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act) can book a discounted ticket. Please contact to obtain the booking code. Please also note our general terms and conditions.
Stornierungsbedingungen
For cancellations of BAUM events received by us up to 14 days before the start of the event, we charge a cancellation fee of 35 euros per ticket. Cancellations received later than 14 days before the start of the event will be charged 50% of the participation fee as a cancellation fee. For cancellations received by us later than 7 days before the start of the event or in the event of non-attendance on the day of the event, the full participation fee must be paid. We are happy to accept a substitute. We ask you to name a substitute up to 7 days before the event. We reserve the right to cancel your ticket in the event of an incorrect booking (e.g. incorrect ticket category or promotional code).

Information on the Carbon Footprint event
After the BAUM Conference and Awards Ceremony 2026, we will work with a partner to record and evaluate the event’s carbon footprint. Our aim is to continuously avoid and reduce the greenhouse gas emissions associated with our events.
For emissions that are currently unavoidable, we work with selected partners to support certified climate protection projects and help to achieve global climate protection targets.
Experience has shown that the majority of emissions at events are caused by guests’ travel. At past BAUM conferences and award ceremonies, mobility and accommodation were responsible for more than 50% of the carbon footprint. Raising awareness for the most environmentally friendly travel is therefore an important concern for us. For the most accurate calculation possible, we ask you to indicate how you will be traveling when you register. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
German Railways
Here you can book a discounted, climate-friendly Deutsche Bahn ticket for travel with 100% green electricity.

Public transportation
From Ringsheim/Europa-Park station, the bus (lines 7231, 570, 572) will take you to the main entrance of Europa-Park (stop “Europa-Park, Rust”).
The bus runs daily and commutes regularly between “Ringsheim/Europa-Park” station or Herbolzheim station, Rulantica, the Europa-Park hotels and Europa-Park.

Riding a bike
Free parking spaces are available for cyclists in the “Reserved Parking” parking lot (at the main entrance to Europa-Park, accessible via the entrance to the parking lot).
From the train station Ringsheim/Europa-Park to the Europa-Park Dome you cycle about 20 minutes.
Bicycle rental:
- Bicycles can be hired from two of the Europapark hotels.
- The municipality of Rust also has four e-bikes.
Long-distance bus/Flixbus
It is also possible to travel by long-distance bus.
Travel by car
You can reach Europa-Park via the A5 highway (exit 57b Rust). Follow exit 57b Rust and you will drive directly to the Europa-Park Adventure Resort.

A total of 133 charging points are available for electric vehicles across the entire Europa-Park Adventure Resort site, 6 of which are fast charging points.
Reserved parking: The “Reserved Parking” parking lot with 100 parking spaces is located directly at the main entrance to Europa-Park. The “Reserved Parking” ticket can be purchased online and on site for 32 euros.
Visitor parking: You can park all day in the visitor parking lot for 10 euros. Parking lot tickets can be purchased in advance via the ticket store.
If you are traveling by car, please make sure to form carpools and use carpooling options to reduce CO₂ emissions.
