Under the theme „Confiance en Europe – Confidence in Europe. Overcoming risks, seizing opportunities”, the 2026 BAUM Conference will focus on the entrepreneurial perspective of a strong, values-driven Europe.

Companies, politics, science and civil society tackle challenges constructively and develop concrete solutions for sustainable business. How? Our award winners will show you. As an interactive solution laboratory, the conference opens up space for exchange, new perspectives and concrete steps for sustainable business in Europe.

At the conference, you can expect in-depth insights into current sustainability topics, the opportunity to exchange ideas with business practitioners and experts, as well as interactive formats that create space for new ideas and collaborations.

We raise twelve socially burning or highly motivating topics to the first level of our dialog – following the impression that the discussion of the instruments themselves has tended to tire and distract us in recent years. Data, reporting, management approaches, digitalization, regulation, financing enable or prevent sustainable management, depending on whether they are available or not. They are a means to an end. What we actually want to do is promote sustainable business and create a public awareness of economically convincing business models and approaches – in Germany and Europe.

At the BAUM conference you can:
