Executive Board
BAUM’s Executive Board currently consists of 12 voluntary members and four full-time members, who form the Executive Commitee.
The Executive Committee, comprising Yvonne Zwick as Chair and Martin Oldeland, Marion Sollbach and Ellen Weiland as Deputy Chairs, manages the work of BAUM.

Business and Academic Advisory Boards
The members of the Business and the Academic Advisory Boards play a direct role in shaping BAUM’s strategic direction and practical work, and serve as key points of contact for the Executive Board.
“It is important to build BAUM’s work in a way that is relevant to business practice and in line with the current state of scientific knowledge – which is why the Business Advisory Board and the Academic Advisory Board are of enormous importance,” explains BAUM Chair Yvonne Zwick, outlining the role of the two bodies in the network’s work.
The Business Advisory Board comprises executives from BAUM member companies; the Academic Advisory Board comprises scientists from disciplines related to sustainable business. They are appointed for a term of two years.
